What happens after you book
Submitting this form sends a request, not a confirmed slot, and nothing is charged when you send it. Dominik reviews every request by hand and comes back within 24 hours to confirm the time or suggest a closer one. You are emailed when the request arrives and again when it is confirmed.
Picking a service here is not binding either. If the car turns out to need something other than what you chose — a machine polish where a valet was booked, or the other way round — Dominik will say so before starting rather than working to the wrong brief. The time windows are deliberately wide because a detail is not a fixed-length job: a heavily contaminated car genuinely takes longer, and rushing the decontamination stage is how paint gets marred.
What it costs
Every price on the site is a starting price. The final figure depends on the size of the car and the state it is in — a heavily soiled interior or a seven-seater takes longer, and those are priced as extras you can add above rather than as a surprise at the end.
You do not need to be there
As long as Dominik can reach the car and has the keys, the work happens while you get on with your day. Most customers leave the car at home or at the office. The van carries its own water and power, so no outdoor tap and no extension lead are needed.
Paint work takes longer
Machine polishing and ceramic coating are booked as whole-day work, not as a wash with a shine at the end. Correction is measured in passes under controlled light, and a coating has to cure before the car is driven, so those bookings are confirmed with the weather and the parking in mind.
Where we come
Across London and the surrounding towns, on driveways, in car parks and in underground garages. If your area is not on the coverage list, ask anyway — it is often still workable.
